Friendship
When I look at you, what I see I can't put in words
I can hear your footsteps from many miles away,
My stomach feels empty as I wait for you to come
My heart explodes as I see you get closer.
I've been waiting to see you, for longer than I can remember
and now that I do, the waiting feels nothing compared to how I feel with you.
You've taught me the importance of friendship
You've taught me to live life with peace and dignity
You've taught me that life isn't life without someone like you.
And now that I realize that, I'm happy that I have you.

I look into your deep hazel eyes, as it brightens up my mood.
Beyond that I see it smile, filled with curiosity as I talk.
I sink in, not aware of anything, as your touch awakens me in surprise!
When I don’t find you, my eyes travel as far as they can see ,
to desperately get a glimpse of you.
When you’re not close enough to my heart, it goes into chaos,
Frantically adding and skipping beats until you calm it down.
Every smile you strike me with buries you deeper into my heart.
Every minute you talk to me, you shield yourself securely inside.
Every time you hold me, you melt everything,
Leaving only yourself for me to grab.
When I hear love I think of you
Love is a strong word,
That only your heart understands.
You convince me to trust every letter of it.
Importance of every moment,
All the memories you leave me with is immortal;
As we die down,
What we have will ignite brighter than ever.
Amazing as you are,
You make my life worth living,
With the biggest smile on my face, and not a hint of tear.
Every beat of my heart is about you,
Your name carved into each thud.
Mesmerized is how I feel to the words you speak.
I close my eyes to listen, to the voice I remember;
Only of you.

When it senses you, even from miles away.
Each and every day passes;
Day to night and night to day.
With a glimpse of new memory,
We made together.
