This position, located in downtown Madison, WI, provides a variety of
professional IT services including: technical support related to analysis,
maintenance and troubleshooting of system software installed by DWD and
the Department of Administration (DOA) on mainframe and client server
platforms; support in planning, coordinating and testing the development
and implementation of new or modified systems, such as IOA products,
ChangeMan, and Argent client server scheduling platform, to ensure the
best possible customer service.

Starting salary is between $22.026 and $36.343 per hour, depending on
experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
