IS Systems Development Services Senior

This position provides advanced level technical expertise and support within
the Technical Services Section for DWD’s z/OS DB2 database environment,
Unix Oracle and SQL Server environments. Responsibilities include:
research, implementation, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting for
database architectures and data management software on various
platforms; design and implement physical databases for multiple computer
platforms; design and install maintenance and upgrades to database
software on multiple computer platforms; monitor performance and make
tuning recommendations and modifications to database/data
communications software as necessary.
This position is with the Department of Workforce Development,
Administrative Services Division and is located in downtown Madison at 201
East Washington Avenue.
Starting salary is between $53,793 and $98,434 per year, depending on
experience & qualifications, plus benefits.
