Budget and Policy Analyst Division-Advanced

Department of Administration, Division of Energy Services, is seeking a motivated and
creative Budget and Policy Analyst Division- Advanced to work downtown Madison, WI.
Salary range is $45,535-$75,000 annually, depending on experience and agency
needs, plus an excellent State of Wisconsin Benefits package.
This position will provide oversight of Division budgets, contracts and fiscal
management of $150 million annually. The analyst is responsible for assisting with the
completion of operating budgets, planning budgets, interaction with federal grant
agencies and completion of federal grant applications and corresponding fiscal reports.
Very qualified candidates will have the following; extensive knowledge of contract
development, negotiation and grants management techniques; ability to effectively
interact with complex government administration individuals or groups in a systematic
manner to accomplish a particular task or assignment; considerable knowledge of
computerized data processing systems analysis; considerable knowledge of program
planning, evaluation techniques and policy analysis and report generation techniques.
