DA Business Analyst – IT
Salary range is $52,737-$70,000 annually, depending on experience and agency
needs, plus an excellent State of Wisconsin Benefits package.
Do you have strong technical skills? Are you interested in working for an
organization that encourages professional growth? The Department of
Administration, District Attorney IT program, is looking for technically strong,
creative team members with positive attitudes who are effective communicators,
responsible and interested in working with a small, cohesive team.
This position is responsible for understanding customers’ business needs and
how technology can help meet them. The position also develops and conducts
end user training, provides Tier II support for a custom application, conducts
business process analysis, suggests process improvements, and conducts
quality assurance application testing for a custom built case management system
used by the majority of District Attorney Offices throughout the State.
Very qualified candidates will have the following; the ability to relate technology to
the customers’ business, experience training or providing support to business
users of various technical levels with strong preference for training on a custom
developed software application, experience developing end user documentation or
other forms of communication and previous experience in a quality assurance
environment for a proprietary software development application with specific
emphasis on creation and execution of test plans.
