Member Services Specialist
The Wisconsin Alumni Association is looking for an organized,
energetic and analytical individual to manage membership
processing, transactions and database information. The Member
Services Specialist processes daily membership applications
received in mail and online, reconciles receipts and member
registrations, processes payments and refunds and serves as the
primary contact regarding membership status and information. This
is a part-time position.
Competitive applicants will have strong customer service and
communication skills, excellent data entry skills, experience with
database systems and strong word processing and spreadsheet
experience. Applicants must be able to handle confidential
information, work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks,
deadlines and priorities.
